Just like the guys and gals who enjoy our drinks, Urban Ritual is unique. Founded in the heart of San Francisco, Urban Ritual is an American brand that aims to bring unity to everyone through a common daily routine—coffee and tea.
Urban Ritual was started with the goal of offering a truly healthier alternative. We only use loose leaf tea, all natural, quality ingredients, and house made syrups from scratch.
At Urban Ritual, we love exploring fun and interesting new flavors. After 82 drinks and over 167 revisions, countless late nights and early mornings, 36,907 calories shared between friends, we bring to you a unique menu. All in between, he’s even helped a local now thriving business succeed. In 2018, David was awarded Culinary Genius by his BFFL on Facebook (screenshots provided upon request). In all seriousness… We strive to bring together unusual flavor combinations to show how even the most unlikely ingredients from different cultures can complement each other.
No matter the palate, Urban Ritual has a special drink waiting to be discovered.

A: The Creme Brûlée!

A: Travel and life experiences.

A: Tempering.
Q: What led up to your starting your café?
A: This was my creative outlet.
Q: What is your favorite part about San Pedro Square?
A: I have a lot of memories of San Pedro since I grew up in the area. Now, I really enjoy the atmosphere.
Q: What is the most fun thing you've done in Downtown San Jose?
A: Enjoying the night life with my friends.

A: I am forever young. This is my 3rd business venture. I am a tinkerer at heart and am an aspiring bartender. I like to make people smile.
